2026 Artist in Residence
Rebecca Royce
The Racine Symphony Orchestra welcomes Rebecca Royce, our 2026 Artist in Residence.
Hailed by The Observer (UK) as playing “with refreshing delicacy,” Rebecca Royce is a professional harpist who performs regularly as a soloist, chamber, and orchestral musician. She has performed with the London Philharmonic Orchestra for their Debut Sounds Concert. She has also performed with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, the Milwaukee Ballet Orchestra, the International Contemporary Ensemble, and the London Chamber Strings. She is a substitute player for many orchestras including the Houston Symphony and the Charleston Symphony Orchestra. Rebecca has played at the Royal Opera House for HRH King Charles’s sixtieth birthday celebration, with The Who for a performance on their Moving On! Tour, on a TV broadcast with orchestra for Sky1 HD in the UK, and on Broadway production tours. She holds a Master of Music from the Royal Academy of Music in London and a Bachelor of Music with multiple honors from the Chicago College of Performing Arts.
Rebecca teaches harp, piano, double bass, and music theory. She enjoys creatively engaging students while focusing on a solid musical foundation tailored to the individual student. She is currently offering double bass, harp, and piano lessons in the Milwaukee area.
Ms. Royce will be doing 2 community concerts. Please join us at one or both of these events.

Join us for a short recital and talk back with Ms. Royce. Afterward, mingle with audience members and members of the RSO for a short reception with light appetizers. This event is sponsored by Artistic Piano Services.

Join us for another short recital and talk back with Ms. Royce. Mingle with some of the residents after to get to know some amazing people in our community.
