Violin Intensive Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we hope you’ll be able to attend the full retreat, we’ve created a cancellation policy that balances flexibility with our planning needs.
Cancellation Deadlines:
On or before December 1, 2025
Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
December 1–31, 2025
50% refund or the option to apply your full payment as a credit toward a future RSO Violin Intensive or educational program.
January 1, 2026 or later
We are unable to offer refunds after this date due to committed costs for lodging, meals, and faculty. You may transfer your registration to another eligible participant at no charge.
Illness or Emergency:
If you must cancel due to illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to work with you on a partial refund or credit, depending on the circumstances.
